FAQ

What's the minimum order quantity?
Menus start at 25. Coasters start at 100. Aprons and apparel start at 12. Takeout packaging starts at 100. Volume discounts kick in at 500+ pieces for most categories.
How long does production take?
Menus and coasters: 3-5 business days. Apparel: 10-12 business days. Packaging: 7-10 business days. Rush production available — call us with your need-by date.
Can you reproduce my menu redesign across 3 locations with location-specific details?
Yes — multi-location menu programs are common. We produce a master template with your brand and a variable data layer for location-specific details (address, hours, phone). Each location's version is proofed separately.
How do you handle seasonal menu updates?
We store your master menu template and update only the changed sections. Seasonal updates (spring menu, holiday prix-fixe) are submitted as a text-change request — no full redesign required.
Can we put our logo on takeout bags and also on the grease-proof liner inside?
Yes — we produce branded bags, boxes, and liner sheets in the same order. Interior liner printing is a common add-on for burger and sandwich concepts.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Net-30 terms available for established restaurant and hospitality accounts — apply via the wholesale form.
Do you offer standing reorder programs so we never run out of menus?
Yes — inventory-based auto-reorder programs are available. You set a minimum stock level; we monitor and trigger reprints automatically. No more mid-service menu shortages.
Can aprons be customized per department (kitchen vs. front-of-house)?
Yes — kitchen bib aprons and server waist aprons are typically different styles with the same logo treatment. We quote multi-style orders together.
What if my menus arrive with a printing error?
Send photos within 7 days. Errors caused by our production are reprinted at no charge on rush priority. Errors matching an approved proof are quoted as a reprint.
Do you handle franchise or multi-unit programs with different operators?
Yes — franchise print programs with individual operator ordering under a master brand template are a common structure. Contact us about our multi-unit brand program.
